Adventist Youth in the United Kingdom and Ireland

My Whole Life

I was born to reflect the image of a God who is powerful enough to create my universe, attentive enough to hear my prayers and loving enough to be defined by self-sacrifice. I find my greatest fulfillment on a journey toward purpose and wholeness.

Contact your regional Pathfinder Department for details.

Need a visa to attend?  Please complete this form and return it to your conference Pathfinder dept or email it to: to apply for a letter of invitation from the Dutch Union.  You will need this letter for your appointment at the Dutch embassy to apply for your Schengen visa.  Please do not leave applying to the last minute as it could lead to disappointment and visas not being issued in time for the Camporee.

It is essential that you have booked travel insurance for your trip abroad.  This can be short term travel insurance, or if you have annual coverage, please check that it does include the Netherlands plus any other country you may be travelling through on the way.  Although the EHIC card will provide you with some medical cover, it will not cover items such as repatriation, which may be necessary depending on the level of incident.  It will also not cover you for cancellation, in case you are not able to attend the camporee.
Please ensure all members of your group have booked their travel insurance for the duration of the trip.

If you are normally resident in the UK and you have a British, Euro or Swiss passport, then you will be eligible to apply for a European Health Insurance Card (EHIC) which will give you access to discounted and sometimes free health care whilst abroad.  You can apply here from the NHS website. This is NOT the equivalent of travel insurance.

Both travel insurance details and the EHIC card should be taken with you to Camporee.

Please read the following important medical information.

The campsite address, directions to arrive by car, bus or train can be found here.  Nearest airport is Amsterdam Schipol.

Here is an outline of the programme at camporee.  More details will follow in the club leader information pack.

This is the menu booklet issued by the TED.  Please be reminded that food for all BUC clubs will be cooked and served in the main BUC catering tent.  Clubs need not bring items with which to cook main meals.

Listen to the theme song in advance so that you will know it and join in heartily when you get to camp!
