TED Master Guide Camp 2018

TED Master Guide Camp 2018

The Master Guide Camp will take place near Krakow, Poland from 21 – 24 June 2018.

This is the seventh TED Master Guide Camp following the success in the Netherlands, UK, Denmark, Slovenia and Norway and now we look forward to welcoming you to another very worthwhile and enjoyable event.

Here's what you need to know:

Dates:
21-24 June 2018.

Cost:
£75 (€80) per person for the fees.  This cost does NOT include travel to Poland.
Registration deadline is 30 April 2018.
Places are limited, please book early so you don't miss out.

Location:
The event will be based over two different locations:-
The camp will begin underground in the Bochnia Salt Mine  www.kopalnia-bochnia.pl  where we will open camp, eat and fellowship before spending the night in the bunk bed accommodation provided there.

On Friday, we will relocate to the Korzkiew Campsite for the rest of the weekend where tents will be provided so you do not have to bring your own, unless you specifically wish to. You must remember your sleeping bag and mattress.

How to get there:

Fly to Krakow Airport, Poland and make your way to Rynek Glowny Medieval Square (we will inform you of the exact meeting point nearer the time).

The bus from the Square to the Bochnia Salt Mine will depart on Thursday 21st June at 15:00.
The bus to Krakow Airport will depart from the Korzkiew Campsite on Sunday 24th June at 14:00.
(These times have been provided in advance so that you can book flights to fit in with this bus timetable.)

If you choose to drive you can make your way directly to Bochnia Salt Mine, Campi 15, 32-700 Bochnia, Poland.

Visa for Travel:
If you require a visa for travel, please remember that you will need to apply early. Contact your local Polish embassy or consulate and arrange an appointment.  Be sure to ask what paperwork they will need from you to accompany your application.
Complete the following form to receive a letter of invitation from Poland which you will also need to accompany your visa application.
